UVAMAI
AI Platforms · Managed IT — Dubai · India · Australia · Mexico

Every business has a story. We build the intelligence for its next chapter.

Managed IT estates, the enterprise software that sits on them, and private AI engines — built and run by the same engineers, so nothing in your estate is left unowned. Every platform we ship has AI doing the repetitive part and a person deciding what matters.

Uvamai means parable in Tamil — a story where every part matters.

01The problem

Most estates are owned by no one in particular.

A vendor here, a contractor there, a ticket queue that never quite closes. Patches slip — and the people who understand your systems best are rarely the ones with a stake in fixing them.

So we take ownership of the load-bearing, unglamorous parts — and hold the pager for them.

Managed IT estates, the enterprise software that sits on them, and private AI engines — run from four hubs across Dubai, India, Australia and Mexico, so the desk is never closed.

02What we do

Five practices, held to a stated service level.

Each one is work our own engineers deliver, on estates we already run. They come past in turn — every practice states what it covers, what it runs on and what it is contracted to.

  1. / 01Managed IT

    Cut IT overhead

Someone holds the pager for every device, site and account you run.

    See how we do it
    • Follow-the-sun L1–L3 service desks (Sydney, Melbourne, Chennai, Dubai)
    • Automated OS and application patching, ring 0 through ring 3
    • Zero-trust identity and access management (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace)
    • Hardware lifecycle management and global equipment logistics
    Runs on
Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Citrix DaaS, VMware Horizon, Jamf, Intune
    Held to
15-minute critical incident response · 99.9% uptime SLA

Models that run inside your own network, on your data and nobody else’s.

    See how we do it
    • Private retrieval-augmented generation over your own knowledge base
    • Task agents for finance, HR and operations workflows
    • On-premise and in-VPC model fine-tuning (Llama 3, DeepSeek, Qwen 2.5)
    • Model governance, audit logging and safety guardrails
    Runs on
Python, FastAPI, PyTorch, LangChain, vLLM, PostgreSQL pgvector, Ollama
    Held to
Private cloud isolation · continuous model accuracy monitoring
  4. / 04Platform Engineering

    Build a platform

Web, mobile and SaaS platforms built to stay up after we hand them over.

    See how we do it
    • Single-page and server-rendered applications (React, Next.js, Vue)
    • High-throughput microservice APIs (Go, Node.js, Python, Java)
    • Cross-platform and native mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin)
    • Legacy system modernisation and integration middleware
    Runs on
React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis
    Held to
99.95% API availability · dedicated engineering support
  5. / 05Cybersecurity

    Strengthen security

Testing, monitoring, and the evidence trail an auditor actually asks for.

    See how we do it
    • Penetration testing and red-team exercises
    • Continuous SOC and SIEM monitoring
    • GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance alignment
    • Data loss prevention and endpoint threat detection
    Runs on
Wazuh SIEM, CrowdStrike, Cloudflare Enterprise, Burp Suite, SonarQube

The desk that never clocks off.

MIRAI Task triages, routes and resolves in the open. Routine work closes itself in seconds; everything else reaches an engineer who already has context — so the queue never becomes the bottleneck.

  • Autonomous triage and routing
  • SLA-backed escalation to a named engineer
  • Every action logged and auditable

05How it works

From first call to 24×7 operation.

The same four stages, whether we are standing up a managed IT desk or shipping a platform. Nothing is handed off half-built.

  1. 01

    Listen

Requirements, architecture and risk — mapped across your estate before anything is proposed.

  2. 02

    Prototype

Scope and approach tested fast against your real environment, not a slide deck.

  3. 03

    Build

Production engineering, integration and migration, run end-to-end — nothing handed off half-built.

  4. 04

    Run

SLA-backed 24×7 operation from day one — patched, monitored and logged by a named engineer.

06Why UVAMAI

Three things most partners will not put in writing.

Every technology partner claims ownership. These are the specific commitments that make ours checkable — and the numbers they rest on.

  1. / 01

    We build what we sell

MIRAI and MEIVERSE are our own platforms, run on our own estate. When we recommend something, we are already operating it ourselves.

  2. / 02

    Sovereignty is not a feature

Customer data is never used to train models. Workloads run in dedicated private VPCs. This is the default, not an upgrade tier.

  3. / 03

    Named engineers, not queues

Escalation reaches a person who already has context. Headcount billing and ticket roulette are what we were built to replace.

Uptime

V. O. Chidambaram Pillai · Thoothukudi, 1906
07The name

He didn’t negotiate for better terms, prices or permission.
He built the ship.

In October 1906, V. O. Chidambaram Pillai founded the Swadeshi Steam Navigation Company and sailed from Thoothukudi against an empire’s monopoly. Our Chennai lab carries his name — and his method: build the alternative rather than ask for better conditions inside someone else’s.

Uvamai is the Tamil word for parable — a story where every part matters. It is why we do not sell a layer of an estate and leave the rest to somebody else.
